PICKED UP MEDS AT PHARMACY WITH NO LABEL AND NOT MIXED? WHAT THE PHARMACIST LIABILITIES?

I picked up my sons meds today and one of them is powder form until they mix. MY understanding is that the pharmacist must check all meds that go in and out of store, they are now closed and nothing i can do till tomorrow i am furious and want to know what i can do because there is definitly a law/rule that he cannot be doing this? What can i do? Who do i contact in the board of pharmacy?
i very much agree that mistakes happen and we all make them, i am more annoyed than anything and thinking about other people which may need their meds immediatly, what would they have done.
I would like to add that it is not amox. and no i was not given the wrong medicine it is the correct meds but their is no labeling by the pharmacy on this bottle whatsoever, im just not sure how the pharmacist could have checked which he has to do by LAW if this has happened so it makes u wondering what else is going out without being checked!!

Let me guess, it's amoxicillin? Call the pharmacy when they open in the morning. They'll either have you bring it in & fix it, or tell you over the phone how much water to add. If it IS amoxicillin, they just use tap-water anyway.
You don't need to contact any boards of anything. You weren't given the WRONG stuff, just not reconstituted. Calm down, everything will be ok.
